Renee Williams

Workforce strategist based in Charlotte

Renee built a life and career in Charlotte after leaving Atlanta. A gala photo brings old professional correspondence back to her attention. When she puts that correspondence beside her own account of the move, she asks what was discussed before she arrived at a meeting about her future. Toxic Loyalty — Renee is considering a new regional workforce role when an old account of her career choices begins to matter again. As documents and conversations accumulate, she also has to decide what kind of friendship and partnership she wants in Charlotte.
