If you join the Insider Club we store your first name, email address, the topics you selected, and the date you gave consent. If you use the contact form we store your name, email address, chosen topic and message. Nothing else is requested and no payment details are collected on this site.
Why we collect it
Insider Club details are used only to send franchise announcements, previews and event invitations you asked for. Contact form details are used only to reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of the request.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or share reader information with third parties for their own marketing. We do not add you to a list you did not ask to join, and we do not use your details to build advertising profiles.
How long we keep it
Subscriber records are kept while your consent is active. Unsubscribing stops all franchise email. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up.
Your choices
Every franchise email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing through the contact form.
Security
Reader records are stored in a managed database with access limited to the franchise team. Subscriber and contact records are not publicly readable through this website.
